Who We Are
The mission of LFHS is to address health equity by providing life-enhancing health services and wellness education to individuals and families. We have been serving Lebanon County since 1973 with preventive health, education and nutrition programs.
What We Do
LFHS provides preventive reproductive health care, education programs such as tobacco cessation, diabetes prevention and teen education. We also administer the WIC (Women, Infants and Children) supplemental nutrition program in Lebanon County
