Who We Are
Heartland Hospice is a division of Gentiva Hospice. We are a team of nurses, physicians, aides, social workers, chaplains, bereavement coordinator, and VOLUNTEERS who take care of patients with a terminal diagnosis of six months or less to live. We provide support for the entire person and the patient's family.
What We Do
Heartland Hospice provides medical, social, and spiritual care and support for individuals with a terminal illness and their families. Our staff serves Lebanon, Berks, and Schuylkill Counties.
